Mary predominantly handles family law matters which include Dissolutions, Legal Separation, Child Custody and Visitation issues as well as Child Support and Spousal Support issues. In addition, she handles Guardianships, Conservatorships and Motions for Grandparent Visitations. She also provides Premarital agreement guidance and assists in drafting and reviewing Premarital/Postnuptial Agreements.
